Dr. Jacqueline Malchow studied Modern History and English Literature at the Hamburg University where she also received her doctorate in 2020. Her work focusses on providing a wide access to history and facts, via online databases as well as museum exhibitions. Her interest in the history of everyday objects brought her to provenance research. Since May 2023 she is a reaearcher at the project LIFTProv – The Handling of Jewish Emigrants' removal goods in Hamburg after 1939: participants, networks, and ways of „utilisation“ at the German Maritime Museum in Bremerhaven.
